Protect your assets with Hidden Cameras

When we get hired to do a job we know its very important to always be able to prove our innocence since it is easier to point blame on a company then it is to figure out where the issue really is.

Several times the bank we would send our deposits to would tell us that the deposit didn’t have what we put in the deposit. We had to find a way of proving our companies innocence so we started calling out how much of each denomination was deposited in the bag all notated on the deposit slip. We would then scan a copy of the deposit slip or slips and keep in our records. The image to the left is an example.

We also added the bag# in case someone swapped bags before they reach the bank.

Using this new method we only had the blame from the bank one other time and once we verified the bag numbers we asked what denomination was missing? They never responded and all of a sudden we weren’t short anymore.

This is one of the many actions we take to ensure we maintain our trust with our customers.

So this helps what we send to the bank but how about when putting the money in the deposit bags.

The answer we use is hidden cameras since we want to catch dishonest employees in hopes we never have any but our history proves otherwise.
