Utilizing vBulletin as our forum in an intranet (internal use) environment.  Of course the requirements for vBulletin is
Apache, PHP and mySQL which is all included in a software package called XAMPP.

Hopefully you find the attached video helpful with your installation of vBulletin in your windows environment (includes install of vBulletin, configuring php.ini, installing downloads II vbulletin mod and configuring filezilla ftp server)
