From Mind to Body has locations across California starting in San Diego, Inland Empire, L.A, Orange County, Long Beach and up to Sacramento and S.F! They are the finest and the largest Pole Fitness and Exotic Dance company and great for bachelorette parties. They offer Pole Dance classes, Strip Tease, Lap Dance, Chair Dance and Burlesque parties! You will be taught by elite instructors that have had rigorous and thorough backgrounds in dance as well as fitness. All ladies will be transformed into Divas while creating unforgettable memories with their friends. From Mind to Body lets you choose to have a club atmosphere complete with lights and surround sound or a more educational atmosphere with seductive music and one on one experience. All classes have a full instructional lesson and ladies are allowed extra time to practice their new discovered moves and take pictures.
