Apple has hurt my feelings

If anyone knows me they know I am a huge supporter of Apple and still will be even after my awful experience lately with them.

Two things that I have had issues with regarding Apple
Apple TV - horrible sound when you start streaming Netflix or anything else until you reboot Apple TV then all is fine for awhile.
