Mark Hurd resigned as CEO of HP in August 2010 over sexual harassment accusations and expense report irregularities.
In the summer of 2010, it was revealed that Jodie Fisher, an actress and marketing consultant that worked with HP's marketing department from 2007 to 2009, had accused Hurd of sexual harrassment. He stepped down under pressure by the HP board and settled with Fisher.
